About me

I am a talented human resources leader with nearly 20 years of professional experience in talent development, employee engagement, employee relations and effective communication in organizations.

 

I have a solid educational background, including post-graduate studies, a master's degree in human resource management and a bachelor's degree in Accountancy, and I have also earned certifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the International Coaching Community (ICC). These qualifications have equipped me with the knowledge and skills needed to address complex HR challenges.

 

Over the past few years, I have committed myself to transformation projects, successfully guiding companies through significant growth stages. Throughout my career, I have made a lasting impact on organizations by implementing strategic HR processes and policies that foster employee growth, engagement, and productivity.
